I. Pre-Departure Inspection Checklist

1. Cooling System‌: Confirm that the water level in the radiator is adequate, and checkfan beltTightness to prevent overheating and boiling.

2. ‌Fluid Condition‌: Replace the engine oil and hydraulic oil with summer-specific grades, and checkBattery electrolytelevel and top up with distilled water promptly.

3. Tires and Brakes: Set tire pressure to the lower end of the standard range, check brake system responsiveness, and guard against blowouts and brake failure.

4. Tank Components: CheckMixer Drumand that the chute has no cracks and the hydraulic oil hoses have no bulges or leaks; replenish grease in advance.

II. Driving and Operating Procedures

1.Vehicle cooling: When the engine coolant temperature exceeds 100°C, idle in a shaded area and open the hood to help dissipate heat.

2.Drum Operation: Before loading, reverse the drum to drain any accumulated water. Keep the mixing drum turning at low speed during transport to prevent concrete segregation.

3.Concrete Control: During hot weather, transport time must not exceed 2 hours and on-site waiting must not exceed 1 hour. Add a retarder in compliance with regulations if necessary.

4. Driving Habits: Avoid rapid acceleration and hard braking. Take wider turns when fully loaded. After a long downhill stretch,Brake drumAllow it to cool naturally; do not douse it with cold water.

III. End-of-Shift and Routine Maintenance

1.Thoroughly Clean the Drum‌: Thoroughly clean the inside and outside of the mixer drum after work, remove residual concrete, and prevent hardened buildup from increasing the operating load.

2.Parking Requirements‌: Park the vehicle in a cool, well-ventilated place, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight outdoors, and reduce component aging.

3.For New Energy Vehicles‌:充电避开正午高温,静置15-20分钟待电池降温后再充,电量保持80%-90%即可。
